Question not found yet...

I have not read on the project topic after submitting the proposal; i.e. for around 2 months.
This means still the question is there.  

What is the problem to solve?
  1. Decentralized
  2. Secure
  3. Group Communication 
Tasks to complete
  1. Read at least 2 hrs per day
  2. Find and finalize the question
  3. Talk to Dr. Kasun
